How does sampling work before bulk production?

You approve a sample before bulk production starts. Send your brief, receive a sample of the formula, test it, give feedback, and the formula is adjusted if needed. Only the sample you confirm goes to bulk — at MOQ 1,000 units per SKU.

What are the sampling steps?

1

Brief

Formula direction, product type, pack idea, quantity, target market.

2

Sample

The factory team makes a sample from a ready formula or a custom formula.

3

Feedback

You test the sample and say what to keep or change — texture, scent, feel.

4

Adjust

The formula is adjusted if needed, and you review the new sample.

5

Confirm

You approve the sample. Only then does bulk production start.

How much does a sample cost, and how long does it take?

Sample fee, sample lead time and the number of revisions are confirmed per order — they are not published as fixed figures on this site, because they depend on the formula and the changes you ask for. Ask for them with your brief on WhatsApp or by email to info@amyskinoem.com, and they will be confirmed before sampling starts.

What should you check in a sample?

What happens after you confirm?

Packaging is confirmed, then bulk production starts — step 3 to 5 of the 5-step OEM / ODM process. Nothing goes to bulk before you approve it.
