How does a private label skincare order work?
In five steps: brief, formula and sampling, packaging confirmation, production, delivery. You approve the formula and the packaging before bulk production starts. Every order starts at MOQ 1,000 units per SKU, and the price is quoted per order — there is no fixed price on this website.
Brief
Tell us the formula direction, product type, packaging idea and quantity. A serum, a cream or a full routine — start with what your brand needs.
You get: a written brief and a clear next step.
Formula & sampling
Start from one of our 12 ready formulas, or develop a custom formula with the factory team. You receive a sample, give feedback, and confirm it before bulk production.
You get: a confirmed sample.
Packaging confirmation
Confirm the bottle, jar, tube, pump, box and label, and approve your brand artwork on the pack.
You get: approved packaging and artwork.
Production
Bulk production with the partner factory in Guangzhou, China, under the verified SGS ISO 22716 system (Sanmusheng).
You get: your order produced to the confirmed formula and pack.
Delivery
Export-ready production is packed and delivered to you.
You get: finished goods, ready for your market.

What is not fixed yet
To be confirmed (M5–M6): sample fee, sample lead time, number of sample revisions, per-step lead times, payment terms and bulk lead time. We do not publish figures we have not confirmed — they are confirmed per order on WhatsApp or by email.
